Chantelle Hart, PhD, is an assistant professor of psychiatry and human behavior at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and a clinical psychologist at the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center at The Miriam Hospital. She received her PhD in clinical psychology with a concentration in pediatric psychology at Case Western Reserve University and completed her clinical internship at the Brown University Clinical Psychology Training Consortium in 2004.
Hart's primary research interests are the development of prevention approaches and enhancement of behavioral interventions for pediatric obesity. Specifically, she is interested in the development of interventions within pediatric primary care settings as well as the role of sleep in the promotion of obesity in children.
