Schedule an appointment or request a copy of your records.

The clerical services division includes the radiology file room, patient scheduling, the department secretary and the transcription department. Our staff is committed to providing all of our customers with very timely and courteous responses to all requests.

Who to call:

• To request a CD copy of your films, contact the Business Center at 401-444-7770. A 24-hour notice is required to process all requests.
• To schedule an appointment for a:
  • CT, MRI, ultrasound, or mammography procedure, contact the Call Center at 401-793-4477.
  • Nuclear medicine procedure, call 401-793-4450.
  • Vascular interventional procedure (angiogram), call 401-793-7421.
  • Fluoroscopic procedure or to reach a radiologist, contact the front desk at 401-793-4480.
• To reach the department secretary, call 401-793-4922.
