Scientific Services & Grant Consultation

Our group is able to help with research design, statistical analyses, measurement, treatment fidelity and grant writing. We have over 25 years of experience in developing and testing smoking cessation treatments for a variety of smokers including underserved and ethnically diverse populations.

Treatment development approaches include existing empirically validated treatments and innovative new procedures. Our research covers both the physiological and psychological mechanisms of nicotine addiction. We can also help develop creative ways to analyze smoking data, including qualitative methodologies and community based participatory research practices.
