  The Clinical Advancement program is a way for our staff to grow professionally and be recognized for their accomplishments.

  This nine-month program runs annually from October to June.

  Our CNI program continues to serve as our major source of new grad recruitment.

• Carter Graduate Nurse Residency Program
  This one-year residency includes training to develop patient care and critical thinking skills

• GENESIS Program
  This project involves a three-pronged approach which involves education, environmental changes and the use of protocols to address the unique needs of geriatric patients.
